Creative Hospitality Supply, Königsallee 30, 40212 Düsseldorf, Germany, info@creative-hospitality-supply.com

2. Collection and Processing of Personal Data

When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically processes certain information (e.g. IP address, date and time of access). Data submitted via the contact form (name, email, message) is used exclusively to process your enquiry.

3. Google Fonts

This website uses the fonts "Fraunces" and "Inter" hosted on Google's servers (Google Fonts). When a page is loaded, a connection is established to Google's servers in the USA, transmitting your device's IP address to Google. For more information on how Google handles user data, see Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. Alternatively, the fonts can be hosted locally on our own server so that no connection to Google is made.

4. Google Analytics

If you have given your consent, this website uses the web analytics service "Google Analytics" provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; "Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies or similar technologies that enable an analysis of how you use this website (e.g. pages visited, time spent, traffic source). The information generated is transferred to and stored on Google's servers, potentially including servers in the USA. IP anonymisation is enabled, so your IP address is shortened within the EU/EEA before being transmitted to Google.

Use only occurs on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Sec. 25(1) of the German Telecommunications-Telemedia Data Protection Act (TTDSG). Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded. You may withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of this website. For more information on how Google Analytics handles user data, see Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

5. Cookies

This website only uses cookies if you have consented to the use of Google Analytics (see item 4). Technically essential cookies are not currently used.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to object to processing.
